DevOps is a movement that has encouraged a whole new set of tools and processes but most Drupal shops can't devote themselves to adding more and more tooling that has to be maintained and processes that have to be followed. In this session I'll cover the set of easy to setup tools, focusing on hosted solutions, to get you started and seeing value the very same day.
This session will highlight the open source QA and continuous integration system Probo.CI and the hosted SaaS version (full disclosure, I'm the project lead) and how to combine that with a simple set of automated tests using Behat and a set of visual regression tests using Percy.IO. Combined this with some code quality metrics provided by CodeClimate and you'll have an amazing set of tools that you can set up in a couple of hours (I'll show you all the critical bits). This stack of tools will help your team cut down on time spent reviewing and testing code while increasing the quality of your output and greasing the skids to get your new features out even faster.
You should be a devleoper and should understand what I mean by "reverting features" or "importing configuration" but need not have any experience with automated testing or other DevOps processes.
